Canard

everything i had here was absolutely delicious. the dishes are small but stunning and had very complex flavor profiles. i rarely review restaurants but i was so impressed by my meal that i felt compelled.

I recently had lunch at Canard and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. I ordered the omelette with a side of bacon, and it was delicious. The omelette was cooked just right—fluffy and full of flavor—and the bacon was perfectly crispy. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. If you’re looking for a place with good food and a comfortable setting, I’d definitely recommend giving Canard a try.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere! I love excited to see my favorite watermelon, feta, and tomato salad, and it was perfectly executed. The Japanese chicken tenders were crisp, and not too sweet. Topped with Benito flakes, which added a nice texture. We had the lamb ribs next, and they were fall apart tender. The best part, was the Mac and cheese! I’ve never had better! Creamy, smooth and cheesy! Lovely sundaes!

Amazing service compliments the amazing food! We sampled the heavy hitters and none disappointed. Also literally the best foie gras I've ever had, magnifique!

We were seated outside so the flies can be a bit much but the dining area inside is lovely although noisy. There's always new things on the menu and the drinks are fun and inventive. Very seasonal sides and ingredients and we were lucky to get morels on more than one dish. This is one of my favorite places for a nice dinner date. Never been to the Burnside location but I like going to Oregon City instead. Off the beaten path, so to speak.

I had the Salisbury steak with the foie gras and my wife had the halibut. Both were seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly! We had the steamed sliders and shrimp as appetizers. Both were very good. First time eating here .... It definitely won't be our last.

We love going to Canard and sitting at the bar (although we would love some warm, dim drop lights overhead so the lighting in the rest of the dining room could be dimmer?) The food is always exceptional and the bartenders are knowledgeable and engaging. Highly recommend. We are so glad they are here in OC.

We love this place. Fantastic food and atmosphere. Everything has complex well thought out flavors made with care. The chefs counter is a great place to sit and chat with the chef.
